What is company domiciliation?
There are two types of domiciliation: domiciliation of the head office and domiciliation of the business. Domiciliation of the head office is your company’s official address, the one shown on your Kbis. Business domiciliation applies rather to a secondary establishment or a commercial address separate from the head office.
Can a company be domiciled without a physical office?
Yes, that is precisely the benefit of domiciliation: you get a recognised business address without needing to rent a physical office.
Does Atrium hold the prefectural approval for domiciliation?
Yes, Atrium holds the mandatory prefectural approval, renewed every 6 years. Without this approval, a business center cannot carry out company domiciliation.
